Seascape was originally built in the 18th century as a fisherman's cottage. It has been slowly extended over 250 years to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Its recent careful modernisation has been carried out to a high standard while maintaining it’s original charm and features, making it the perfect place for your self catering holiday in Devon. Whether you are after fun with the whole family, dog friendly holiday cottage or a luxury seaside escape, Seascape is ideal for your seaside holiday getaway.
LIVING ROOM
Snuggle up on an evening in the sitting room where old meets new with Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TV, DVD player, games console and a range of books and board games to choose from.
DINING & COURT-YARD
The characterful dining room has double doors leading out to the rear enclosed quaint courtyard and access to a washer/dryer store.

The modern shaker style kitchen is complimented with all the must have appliances and cooking utensils as well as child friendly plates and cutlery.
3 BEDROOMS
The first floor holds a super-king bedroom (easily converted to twins on request), a further room with triple bunk bed (small double bed and single bunk) and a stylish family bathroom with bath and shower overhead. The top floor has a further king bedroom, full of natural light and view of the Teign estuary.
DOG FRIENDLY
At Seascape we like to cater for the whole family including your four legged friend. There's lots to do in the surrounding area where dogs are welcome, so your pooch will get the most from your well deserved break as well.
LOCATION
This South Devon holiday cottage is just 50m from the water and a pleasant 5 minute walk along the embankment into Shaldon village centre. The picturesque village has everything you need, pubs, cafes, restaurants, butcher, baker, newsagent, grocery and a selection of gift shops. There is also a local Morrisons store just 5 minutes drive from Seascape as well as supermarket delivery options.
